CAC I is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator for the Department of State mission under the GMOS program. The role emphasizes IT service management, incident resolution, and infrastructure oversight to ensure secure, reliable operations.

You will lead a technical team, coordinate ticket ownership, and collaborate across DT/EA/CST to resolve complex issues while maintaining compliance with government standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in systems administration or related fields.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience with ITSM tools and methodologies including Total Ticket Ownership and problem management.
• Strong desktop support, infrastructure operations, application deployment, and network administration knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Total Ticket Ownership activities and drive root cause analysis across teams.
• Provide desktop support for government users and manage Government-Furnished Equipment.
• Manage infrastructure operations including card printer support and web services administration.
• Provide Tier II/III application support and deployment across enterprise environments.
• Perform network operations to ensure reliable connectivity and availability.
• Lead change management and incident categorization processes with governance.
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives and mentor junior staff.
• Act as a technical expert across multiple project assignments and supervise staff.
