Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure, support internal and client systems, and contribute to security and disaster recovery planning. You will work with a collaborative team to implement upgrades and provide hands-on desktop and helpdesk support.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of IT administration experience, strong Microsoft skills, and familiarity with virtualization, storage, and networking. On-site travel to client locations is required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of IT administration experience.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• System administration certifications in Microsoft or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and reliably operate computer systems, networks, servers, workstations and networking equipment.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
• Provide technical specs to Project Team and Manager for planning upgrades.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support to minimize disruptions.
• Travel onsite to client locations for hands-on technical support and implementations.

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or closely related field
