Job summary

Sana Biotechnology in Seattle is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to design, implement, operate, and secure the infrastructure across corporate, research, laboratory, and regulated environments.

You will lead projects, manage on-prem and cloud services, ensure data integrity, and drive automation and disaster recovery efforts in a fast-paced, compliant setting. This role requires strong collaboration with IT, Security, and Quality teams and may involve occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8+ years of relevant infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, storage, backup, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS like Azure, AWS, and identity management services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and secure multi-site infrastructure in regulated environments.
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and site deployments.
• Automate routine admin tasks using scripting and configuration tools.
