Job summary

Genezen is seeking a Senior System Administrator to set up and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure from Lexington, MA, with work across locations. You will ensure uptime of GxP and corporate IT services, lead IT projects, and support auditors and stakeholders globally.

The role requires 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, strong scripting and automation skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. On-site in Lexington, MA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system administration, or closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure.
• Experience implementing controlled change and patch management of GxP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate IT systems, servers and virtualization across facilities.
• Ensure system security, updates, and change control in regulated environments.
• Plan capacity, storage, DB performance and disaster recovery procedures.
