Genezen is seeking a Senior System Administrator to set up and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure. Based in Lexington, MA, this role supports GxP and corporate IT systems, ensuring high availability and compliant operations across locations, including Fishers, IN.

You will drive IT projects and collaborate with vendors, auditors, and internal customers. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT infrastructure, strong VMware/Hyper-V, Linux, PowerShell skills, and experience with cloud

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, System Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Controlled Change and Patch Management of GxP systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain computer systems, network devices, and virtualization across facilities.
• Ensure system security, software updates, and change control procedures.
• Support capacity planning, storage, and database performance.
