Job summary

Meridian Technology Group is seeking a Systems Administrator with broad responsibilities including infrastructure administration, security, and cloud management. The role involves overseeing Microsoft 365 environments, Azure and AWS, and coordinating with multiple parties on server configuration and upgrades.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in IT infrastructure, strong Linux and network skills, and experience with API management and IT automation tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Server 2012 R2/2016/2019/2022 experience.
• 2–3 years of IIS Administration experience.
• 2–3 years in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Samba/CIFS).
• 2–3 years in AWS cloud systems required.
• 2–3 years in Microsoft Azure cloud systems desirable.
• 3–5 years IT infrastructure and network experience.
• 5–8 years information systems engineering or related field required.
• Experience with API Management and IT automation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and expand infrastructure.
• Coordinate server configuration with multiple parties.
• Make recommendations for future server/software upgrades.
• Monitor systems for security, availability, and performance.
• Define network policies, connections, and firewalls.
• Perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Create Azure DevOps projects, repos, and pipelines.
• Oversee Azure DevOps settings and cloud services management.
