Job summary

Meridian Technology Group is seeking a Systems Administrator to oversee cloud services and platforms supporting infrastructure, applications, and data. The role involves administering Microsoft 365, multi-cloud environments, and on-premises systems, with emphasis on AWS/Azure and related tooling.

Location is onsite in Tallahassee, FL, with a 40-hour workweek on a 12-month contract. Primary duties include securing, monitoring, and expanding client infrastructure, coordinating server

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience with Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
• 2–3 years IIS Administration
• 2–3 years AWS cloud systems
• 3–5 years IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments

Responsibilities

• Support and expand Client's infrastructure.
• Coordinate server configuration and administration with multiple parties.
• Make recommendations for future server and software upgrades.
• Monitor systems and applications to ensure security, availability, and performance.
• Establish systems by evaluating network performance issues and planning equipment.
• Maintains performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Build and manage relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Refactor solutions for better performance, cost, and efficiency.
• Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, git repositories, and pipelines.
• Oversee and configure Azure DevOps organizational settings.
