Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Roy, Utah is seeking a Senior Principal System Test Engineer / Principal System Test Engineer to support the Sentinel program. The role focuses on planning, executing and documenting testing across prototypes, development and qualification stages in a challenging environment.

You will collaborate with system engineers, suppliers and labs to ensure robust test coverage, lead multidisciplinary teams and report status to leadership. A Secret clearance is required.

Formación

• Typical Minimum Education or Experience: T03: 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD; In lieu of formal degree – 4 years of relevant experience.
• T04: 8 Years with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD; In lieu of formal degree – 4 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher adjudicated within the past 6 years.
• Knowledge of system integration and test principles.
• Experience with development and qualification testing, including test planning, execution, and reporting phases of test.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience preparing and presenting technical status to leadership and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Work with System Engineers, Designers and Analysts to plan, execute and document testing.
• Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
• Develop test plans, procedures and test reports.
• Support development of instrumentation requirements for testing.
• Oversee and direct test house activities and supplier testing for assigned systems.
• Provide test status to customer and document results.
