Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Senior Principal System Test Engineer for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. The role focuses on test development, integration testing, and customer-delivery activities.

You will design and implement testing approaches, work with engineers across teams, and review test plans and reports while traveling up to 25% of the time to support program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years of relevant experience (4 years can substitute).
• US Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance or higher.
• 1+ year experience leading a project or driving performance against schedule.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop test requirements, integration test plans, test procedures, TRRs, data and reports.
• Execute qualification and acceptance testing per plans and procedures.
• Participate in test planning and customer delivery discussions (CDRL).
• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Compile data and update test equipment, procedures or requirements.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, testing houses, and development engineers.
• Review test plans, procedures and reports; witness testing as Cognizant Engineer.
• Participate in technical exchanges with customers and stakeholders.
