This position allows for fully remote work, with hybrid schedules available for those near an office. Compensation ranges from $141,800 to $184,400, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with relay coordination and protective settings for high voltage systems.
• Knowledge of NERC PRC standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses to ensure system reliability.
• Design and optimize relay settings for critical infrastructure.
• Mentor and collaborate, providing technical guidance to engineers.
