Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting seeks a Lead System Integrator – Critical Infrastructure in the Atlanta, GA area to oversee startup, commissioning, and closeout of large-scale BAS/EPMS projects. You will coordinate with design engineers, contractors, vendors, and client staff to ensure proper operation and client acceptance.

The role requires PLC/SCADA experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a remote-capable, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Two years of experience with hands-on installation, testing, validation and troubleshooting of controls infrastructure.
• Minimum of five years of additional experience with installation, hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting of controls infrastructure ideally in PLC and SCADA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in startup, commissioning and closeout of BAS / EPMS / HVAC Controls Systems (80%).
• Troubleshoot BAS / EPMS equipment, IO, instrumentation and network systems including corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and participate in commissioning efforts; document QA / QC.
