Smart Tech Contracting, LLC in Texas seeks a Lead System Integrator – Critical Infrastructure to lead design, startup, and commissioning of large-scale BAS/EPMS projects. You will coordinate with design engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure operational readiness and on-time project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, five plus years of PLC/SCADA experience, HVAC knowledge, and proven leadership of small teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on installation, testing and troubleshooting of controls infrastructure.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA implementations (incl. Allen Bradley).

Responsibilities

• Startup, commissioning and closeout of BAS/EPMS/HVAC controls systems.
• Lead teams in testing and troubleshooting of controls systems.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors and clients to ensure project success.
• Prepare documentation and closeout deliverables.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
