Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting LLC seeks a Lead System Integrator – Critical Infrastructure to drive startup, commissioning and closeout of large-scale BAS/EPMS projects. You will coordinate with design engineers, contractors, the DSI, vendors and client staff to ensure proper operation and acceptance of automation solutions.

The role requires hands-on leadership of up to six integrators, strong PLC/SCADA experience (Ignition), and a focus on safety and documentation across site locations in Texas with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
5+ years in controls infrastructure installation, testing, validation and troubleshooting.
Experience with PLC/SCADA platforms (ABB/Siemens optional) and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Lead startup, commissioning and closeout of BAS/EPMS/HVAC control systems.
Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, DSI, vendors and clients to ensure acceptance of solutions.
Manage installation efforts of electrical sub-contractors and teams up to six integrators.
Provide project reporting, issue tracking and documentation for as-built conditions.
