Job summary
Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids is seeking a senior systems integration leader to coordinate Missionized Globals and civil-certified military programs within the Integrated Avionics Systems Central Integration team. You will guide priorities, schedules, risk, and staffing forecasts to deliver integrated avionics for cargo, tanker, and AEW&C aircraft.
The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree, plus project/program management expertise.
Qualifications
- Degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree.
- Project/program management experience and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with avionics integration and certification processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate priorities and schedules for Missionized Globals and civil-certified programs.
- Perform IMAT activities, including certification process development and artifact updates.
- Participate in peer reviews and manage cost/scope for selected IMAT scope.
- Develop proposals and schedules for RLPM milestones and rolling wave planning.
- Navigate bids and pursuits in Collins processes, mitigating risk.
