Job summary
Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids is seeking an experienced leader to coordinate portfolio execution for civil-certified military platforms within the Integrated Avionics Systems Central Integration team. You will support application teams with integration tools and drive risk management and staffing forecasts.

Qualifications
- Typically requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Project/Program management experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate priorities and schedules for development scope of civil-certified military programs.
- Perform System Integration and IMAT activities, including certification planning and artifact updates.
- Participate in peer reviews and evaluation of artifacts for technical and process accuracy.
- Manage cost and scope for selected IMAT scope within the portfolio.
- Develop or pre-review proposal narratives and build executable RLPM schedules.”
- Navigate bids and pursuits adhering to Collins Processes.
- Coordinate risk mitigation and opportunities across the IMAT portfolio.
