Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in hardware design, systems architecture, or high-performance systems.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles translating complex concepts into value.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and regions to achieve shared outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25%, primarily to customer sites in Silicon Valley and Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical and architectural resource for high-speed enterprise copper interconnect solutions throughout architecture definition and development cycles.
• Communicate Molex's advantages by linking performance, manufacturability, scalability, and total system value to cloud, hyperscale, and data-center applications.
• Translate VOC input into product platforms and roadmaps in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Identify opportunities by engaging strategic customers and shaping early architecture decisions.
• Maintain awareness of enterprise/hyperscale ecosystems, roadmaps, trends, and competitive activity to guide strategy.
• Represent Molex as a technical thought partner at conferences and industry events.
