Molex is expanding its Copper Solutions Business Unit and seeking a System Architect to join our Enterprise Products team. This role influences customer architecture decisions, shapes product strategy, and strengthens Molex's long-term advantage in high-speed copper interconnect solutions.

The position spans customer systems architecture, product development, and market strategy with early customer engagement and long-term growth in enterprise data center ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in hardware design, systems architecture for high-performance systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role translating complex concepts into customer value.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 25% to customer sites (Silicon Valley and Austin).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical and architectural resource for high-speed enterprise copper interconnects.
• Communicate Molex advantages by linking performance, manufacturability, scalability and total system value.
• Turn VOC input into action by guiding product platforms and technology roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities by engaging strategic customers and positioning Molex early in decisions.
• Maintain broad understanding of enterprise and hyperscale ecosystems to guide strategy.
• Represent Molex as a technical thought partner at industry events and forums.
