Molex is expanding its Copper Solutions Business Unit and seeking a System Architect to influence customer architecture decisions and shape product strategy for enterprise data center ecosystems. You will engage customers early, translate market and technical insights, and guide long-term technology roadmaps within the CTO organization.

The role offers exposure to advanced simulation, prototyping, and collaboration with silicon partners and internal teams, with travel up to 25% to customer sites

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in hardware design, systems architecture for high-performance systems.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles translating complex concepts to customer value.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior technical and architectural resource for high-speed enterprise copper interconnects.
• Communicate Molex advantages across copper technologies linking performance, manufacturability and scalability.
• Translate VOC input into actionable product platforms and roadmaps with Product Management and Engineering.
• Identify opportunities by engaging strategic customers and shaping early architecture decisions.
• Maintain awareness of enterprise data center ecosystems, roadmaps, and market trends to guide decisions.
• Represent Molex at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums.
