• Excellent communication and client-facing support skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets (Levels 2/3) across a range of technologies.
• Deliver project-based work involving Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune.
• Manage SonicWall firewalls and Ubiquiti network gear deployments.
• Oversee Hyper-V deployments and Intune administration.
• Perform network and server deployments for SMB clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

We are a Houston-based Managed Service Provider is hiring a Senior System Administrator to join our growing technical team. This full-time role blends advanced support responsibilities with hands-on project work across Microsoft 365, server infrastructure, networking, and firewall management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 role within a Managed Service Provider environment.

This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, typically 4 days remote and 1 day onsite. Day to Day Responsibilities:
