Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a client in the United States to fill a Sr. Symitar Systems Analyst role. The position offers fully remote work and focuses on Symitar production support, development, and integration across PowerOn, PowerFrame Docs, OpCon, and OnBase.

You will lead technical projects, perform data analysis, mentor colleagues, and drive improvements in security, compliance, and operational efficiency across a core banking environment.

Qualifications

• Seven years of related information systems experience in core banking or financial technology.
• Hands-on Symitar/Jack Henry experience with PowerOn, PowerFrame Docs, SQL/ARCU and/or Databricks, OpCon, OnBase.
• Experience leading technical projects, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Certifications or formal training in Symitar/Jack Henry, Hyland OnBase, and Continuous OpCon preferred.
• Programming or scripting in PowerShell, Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Symitar production and development environments, including access control.
• Support Symitar releases, data purges, and integrations with Host Services applications.
• Design and troubleshoot PowerOn programs and PowerFrame Docs solutions.
• Manage OpCon environments and automate recurring processes.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis for troubleshooting and improvement.
• Coordinate upgrades with infrastructure and application teams to ensure reliability.
• Provide second-level technical support and root-cause analysis.
• Gather requirements and lead Symitar-related projects and compliance initiatives.
• Provide technical recommendations on scope, testing, implementation, and readiness.
• Support security, audit, regulatory reporting, and document retention.
• Mentor analysts and promote cross-training and knowledge sharing.
