Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of related information systems experience with significant Symitar work.
• Degree or equivalent in CS/IT; certifications may be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Symitar, PowerOn, PowerFrame Docs, SQL/ARCU/Databricks, OpCon, OnBase.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Symitar production and development environments.
• Lead or support Symitar-related projects, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop automation and job scheduling using OpCon/OnBase workflows.
• Perform data analysis, monitoring, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with business units, vendors, and IT teams for reliable services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts.
