Job summary

MyPoint Credit Union is seeking a Senior Core Systems/Operations Analyst to oversee the Jack Henry Symitar core processing environment and related applications. This role emphasizes performance, reliability, and continuous improvement with a focus on automation and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Symitar experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions, while supporting hybrid work arrangements including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of related technical experience.
• Experience supporting and administering Jack Henry Symitar environments.
• Experience with Symitar operations and application support, Home Banking solutions, Web services and integrations.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for the Symitar core processing system and ancillary applications.
• Monitor and support daily, nightly, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing activities.
• Maintain Symitar parameters, system settings, security controls, jobs, batch processes, and configurations.
• Support core upgrades, releases, patches, and enhancements.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex core system and integration issues.
• Identify root causes and drive issues to resolution.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies, trends, and processing issues.
• Manage vendor support cases and coordinate issue resolution with Jack Henry and third-party providers.
