Job summary

Vanir Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator IV – Sustainability to provide cost management, budget control, and financial oversight for sustainability-focused capital projects district-wide.

The role collaborates with the Sustainability Strike Team Lead, PMO, CPTs, and district staff to ensure accurate budgets, funding verification, and timely reporting. You will assist with funding and cost forecasting, support financial documentation, and contribute to the District’s

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, or related field.
• Five years of professional experience in engineering, project management, sustainability, project controls, cost management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination, cost management, and financial controls support to the Sustainability Strike Team across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project management documents, reports, and communications.
• Coordinate budgets, funding verification, cost estimates, and required reviews per SOPs.
• Verify budgets, funding availability, and forecasts with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts and ETCs; track CORs and funding availability.
• Monitor budgets, encumbrances, and financial risks to identify potential shortfalls.
