Job summary

CMTS, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator IV – Sustainability to support the BuildLACCD Sustainability Strike Team across planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout of energy-related capital projects in LA.

You will coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting while working with District personnel, CPTs, PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost management and funding verification throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering, project management, or sustainability experience.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling and budget tracking.
• Experience with PMIS such as Proliance or Trimble Unity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project management documents.
• Develop cost forecasts and ETCs; track CORs and funding.
• Monitor budgets and financial risks across funding sources.
• Support PMO dashboards and budget data validation.
• Communicate variances to stakeholders.
