The Tsui Group is seeking a Project Coordinator IV – Sustainability to support energy-related capital projects for the Los Angeles Community College District across Los Angeles County. The role provides project coordination, cost management, budget development, and financial reporting in collaboration with the Sustainability Strike Team Lead and PMO through planning to closeout.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in engineering, strong Excel/PMIS skills, and a track record of managing complex

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in engineering, project management, sustainability, or related field.
• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability or related field; 4 extra years can substitute for education.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex formulas, pivots, data analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with PMIS such as Proliance or Trimble Unity.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day project coordination, cost management, and financial controls support.
• Prepare and maintain project management documents, budgets, and reports.
• Verify budgets, funding, forecasts, and financial requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop cost forecasts and monitor ETCs, CORs, and encumbrances.
• Review financial reports and communicate variances and risks to leadership.
