ENGICON CM is seeking a Project Coordinator IV – Sustainability for LA Community College District projects, focusing on cost control, budget development, funding verification, and forecasts across the project lifecycle.

Reporting to the Strike Team Lead, you will collaborate with PMO, CPTs, and district staff to maintain accurate financial data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with SOPs while supporting energy and sustainability initiatives such as BMS, LED upgrades, and decarbonization

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of professional experience in engineering, project management, sustainability, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level PMIS such as Proliance, Trimble Unity, or equivalent.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day project coordination, cost management, and financial controls support to the Strike Team Lead, Cost Analyst, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project management documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate project establishment and funding verification with District personnel and CPTs.
• Verify project budgets, funding, cost estimates, and forecasts with PMO and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, ETCs, and track CORs and funding availability.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, encumbrances, and financial risks to flag potential shortfalls.
