Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead the execution of the company’s sustainability strategy. You will partner with product, sourcing, marketing, and external partners to embed sustainability across the value chain and storytelling.

You will own programs, drive continuous improvement, and report on progress to leadership, ensuring measurable impact across climate, materials, and social standards. This is a fully remote role within the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related field.
• Experience leading sustainability programs across supply chain, materials, or product domains.
• Knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management with ability to run multiple initiatives.
• Comfort speaking to large groups and with the press.
• Passion for global sustainability and long-term climate impact.
• Active to stay informed on tech and trends in sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against renewables, organic cotton, and carbon reduction commitments.
• Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
• Embed sustainability data tracking across systems and operations.
• Represent Everlane in industry groups and conferences.
