Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead the execution of our sustainability roadmap and drive climate, water, waste and circularity initiatives across product development, sourcing, and operations.

You will partner with Raw Materials, Product Development, and Marketing to embed sustainable practices, report progress, and influence cross-functional teams while communicating with external partners and stakeholders. This fully remote role offers global impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Feels comfortable speaking in large groups and with the press.
• A natural love for market research and benchmarking and staying informed on sustainability trends.
• Passionate about global sustainability and making a long-term climate impact.
