Job summary

Everlane is hiring a Senior Manager of Sustainability for a fully remote role. You will develop and execute the sustainability strategy across materials, factories, and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into product creation and vendor management.

The role requires 7+ years in sustainability, strong project management, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including the press.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against existing commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction).
• Translate high-level sustainability goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes into product lines.
• Partner with factories, mills, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with Everlane’s environmental and social standards.
• Own the development of quarterly and annual sustainability reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with Workplace and Retail teams to embed sustainability practices across spaces.
• Represent Everlane in industry conversations, conferences, and working groups.
