• 7+ years of experience in sustainability or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against existing commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction), ensuring tracking and accountability.
• Translate high-level sustainability goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes into product lines.
• Partner with factories, mills, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with Everlane’s environmental and social standards.
• Support and evolve vendor compliance programs, including data collection, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Own the development of quarterly and annual sustainability reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Support implementation and management of systems to track environmental and social compliance data.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative to support sustainability storytelling, including updates to the sustainability website.
• Collaborate with Workplace and Retail teams to embed sustainability practices across physical spaces.
