Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability or corporate responsibility.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Feels comfortable speaking in large groups and with the press.
• A natural love for market research and benchmarking and staying informed on trends in sustainability.
• Passionate about global sustainability and making a long-term climate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against existing commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction).
• Translate high-level sustainability goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes into product lines.
• Partner with factories and vendors to ensure alignment with environmental and social standards.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
• Support and manage systems to track environmental and social compliance data.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support sustainability storytelling and updates to the sustainability website.
• Represent Everlane in industry conversations and conferences.
