Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead the execution of our sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity. You will partner with Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners to embed sustainability into product creation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress on Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction, and reporting across functions.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to ensure alignment with environmental and social standards.
• Manage data collection, performance tracking, and continuous improvement for vendor compliance.
