Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead the execution of its sustainability strategy across the value chain. You will drive programs around climate, water, waste, and circularity, collaborating with Raw Materials, Product Development, and external partners to embed sustainable practices into product creation and storytelling.

The role requires hands-on program ownership, cross-functional influence, and a 7+ year track record in sustainability with strong communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience communicating with large groups and the press.
• Love for market research and staying informed on sustainability trends.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity
• Drive progress against commitments like Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon footprint reduction
• Translate high-level goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials into product lines
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to ensure alignment with standards
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting and ensure data accuracy
