Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Survey Lead to manage a team that drafts and finalizes site plans and construction documents for real estate and land development projects across multiple locations. You will review survey data with advanced software and assess site conditions, legal descriptions, and related filings.

The role requires a PLS/RLS license and 8+ years of experience, with mentorship duties and prior experience using Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PLS/RLS) is required.
• Minimum 8+ years of survey industry experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a growing team.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

• Collaborate and lead a team responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
• Review project survey data utilizing the latest technology and industry software.
• Analyze existing site conditions and factors for development including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.

Qualifications:

• Professional Survey License (PLS / RLS) and 8+ years of survey industry-related work experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a growing team.
• Prior experience working with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
