V3 Companies, Ltd. in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. You will lead survey projects from setup through completion and collaborate with engineers, designers, and scientists to deliver impactful plans.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of land surveying experience, Colorado licensure, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for boundary, platting, and topographic surveys. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of land surveying experience.
• Colorado professional licensure required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D for boundary, platting, and topo surveys.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel for short periods.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development activities to build relationships with clients.
• Prepare surveys including Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Route, Residential, and Construction.
• Manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
• Manage client interaction.
• Maintain project budgets and collections.
• Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.
• May perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
