Job summary

Galloway & Company is looking for an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead a team of office and field staff. You will oversee boundary, ALTA and topo surveys, coordinate with clients, and guide project execution from planning to delivery.

Key qualifications include a Colorado PLS license (preferred), 5+ years in survey PM or leadership, and proficiency with Trimble/AutoCAD Civil 3D. Salary ranges provided; strong opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Colorado PLS license preferred or ability to obtain.
• High school diploma or technical school in surveying technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in survey project management or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight of diverse survey projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead and mentor project managers, surveyors, CAD techs, and field crews.
• Own client interaction, ensure scope clarity and proactive communication.
• Ensure adherence to survey practice standards, QC, and compliance with statutes.
• Provide coaching and knowledge sharing within the team.
