Job summary

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Survey Project Manager in our Greenville, SC office, where you will oversee survey projects from setup through completion and mentor field crews.

You will coordinate with clients, develop project plans and budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

Professional licensure in South Carolina is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• FAA Part 107 License preferred.
• Professional licensure in South Carolina is required.

• Prepare land surveys (construction layout, as-builts, ALTA, boundary, topographic).
• Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Mentor and manage field crews.
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Prepare various land surveys, focusing on construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic.

We're looking for:
