Job summary

SurvWest, LLC in Englewood, CO seeks a Survey Project Manager to lead survey projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate with field crews, CAD technicians, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of diverse survey services including ALTA/NSPS, ROW, and topographic surveys.

The role requires 3+ years of surveying experience, strong organization and communication, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley platforms. Growth to Senior PM (PLS) is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional surveying experience.
• Prior project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley survey platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey projects from proposal handoff through final delivery.
• Coordinate survey field crews and office production staff.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with SUE, Utility Coordination, and engineering teams as required.
• Review survey deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support preparation of survey control networks, boundary surveys, ROW surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, and engineering design surveys.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
• Assist with QA/QC processes prior to final deliverable issuance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress updates.
• Support proposal development, scope clarification, and change management as needed.
