Qualifications

• Land surveying expertise required.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency with site plan and subdivision development projects.
• Familiarity with NJ state, county, and local regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Permanent position based in Raritan, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys.
