Job summary

Actalent is seeking a land surveyor for a permanent, fully onsite role in Warren, NJ. You will prepare Title, ALTA, Topographic, and As-built surveys and perform construction stakeout on diverse projects including site plans, subdivisions, roadways, and utilities.

You will stay current with New Jersey state, county and local regulations and coordinate with teams to deliver accurate surveys and compliant designs. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Land surveying expertise required.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer and water systems design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys and As-built Surveys.
• Perform Construction Stakeout.
• Maintain proficiency on regulations and standards.
