Job summary

Stonefield Engineering & Design in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to join the Survey division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, NJ PLS license, and experience with boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, plus AutoCAD drafting.

Responsibilities include project management, fieldwork, and preparation of legal surveys, with growth potential in a multi-disciplinary civil engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Land Surveying.
• New Jersey Professional Land Surveyor License.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to prepare Boundary/Topographic/Location Surveys.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Boundary/Topographic/Location Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, legal metes and bounds descriptions, and Subdivision Plans.
