Actalent is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our Flemington, NJ team. This permanent, onsite role focuses on Title, ALTA, Topographic and As-built surveys, and construction stakeout. You will ensure compliance with NJ regulations, coordinate with project teams, and maintain quality standards across site plans, subdivisions and utility work.

Formación

• Expert knowledge of land surveying principles and standards.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficient in site plan and subdivision development, road, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades
