The ideal candidate holds an active Florida PLS license, 8–10 years of FDOT surveying experience, and proven leadership and communication skills to build a high-performing team and win new work.

Survey Lead Location: Gainesville, FL

Impact Recruitment is seeking an experienced Survey Lead to support a highly respected engineering firm in Gainesville, Florida. This leadership position will oversee survey operations and provide direction to technical staff conducting land surveys and preparing survey documents and deliverables. The Survey Lead will be responsible for the department’s overall success, including building and managing a strong team, developing client relationships, winning new work, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing
