Responsibilities

• Prepare for operative procedures with timely, accurate setup and instrument readiness.
• Maintain sterile field and perform scrub and assistant roles as required.
• Set up back table and mayo stand and ensure all needed items are available.
• Collaborate with surgeon and adapt to technique/preferences during cases.
• Precept and mentor RNs and technologists; train students.
• Be available for on-call hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
