The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Manager to oversee the daily operations of surgical scheduling across multiple ORs, aligning scheduling practices with strategic and operational goals.

You will partner with Perioperative leadership to optimize OR utilization, develop scheduling strategies, and provide data reports to department leaders to support patient access and financial growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree may be desirable.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check; drug screen or physical may be required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of surgical scheduling staff across multiple ORs.
• Develop scheduling strategies to increase operational efficiencies.
• Manage system-wide projects to support strategic goals and improve patient access.
