Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced degree may be desirable.
• 5 years of relevant scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of surgical scheduling staff.
• Develop strategies to increase scheduling efficiency.
• Collaborate with perioperative leaders and surgeons to align processes.
• Provide data and reports on OR utilization and volumes.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed.
