Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for role.
• 3–5 years equivalent experience required.
• Experience supporting clinics and scheduling workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs to correct person.
• Manages Outlook Calendar for providers within the clinic.
• Coordinates clinic scheduling, testing, procedures and related services.
• Performs in-basket and referral/authorization coordination tasks.
• Supports leadership with training, education and KPI tracking.
