Job summary

ZEISS seeks a Senior Posterior Consumable Specialist to protect the installed base and grow consumables sales across Arizona, New Mexico, El Paso and Las Vegas. You will manage a regional sales plan, forecast pipelines, and partner with surgeons and OR teams to demonstrate products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, strong technical knowledge, and superb negotiation and communication skills. The role is remote-friendly with a base salary plus commissions and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Five plus (5+) years’ sales experience.
• High level of technical/ clinical product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect installed base of equipment and consumables and generate new business consumables sales.
• Meet annual sales budget and develop a territory business plan.
• Forecast monthly consumable/liquids pipeline and manage the cost center.
• Conduct personalized sales demonstrations to surgeons and OR staff.
• Maintain SFDC reports and dashboards for opportunities and leads.
