Corewell Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative Senior (PSR Senior) to coordinate advanced surgical scheduling for multiple surgeons across locations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role requires prior PSR experience, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with providers, clinical teams, patients, hospitals, and external partners to ensure accurate, efficient scheduling and outstanding customer service.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant PSR or scheduling experience.
• Preferred Associate’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees development and delivery of functional training to clerical staff using standard work.
• Audits and develops action plans for process improvement.
• Schedules complex incoming/outgoing referrals, complex surgeries and in-office procedures, tests, including medical record review of incoming referrals.
• Performs tracking and trending collaborative review/audits within department/practice.
• Serves as a subject matter expert/resource to the department/practice.
• Possesses the ability to perform the roles of Patient Services Representative, Associate and Intermediate roles when necessary.
• Participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigation measures and completes safety competencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
