Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant PSR experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees development and delivery of functional training to clerical staff.
• Audits and develops action plans for process improvement.
• Schedules complex referrals, surgeries, and in-office procedures with medical record review.
• Performs tracking and trending reviews within the department.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for the department.
• Ability to cover PSR, Associate, and Intermediate roles when needed.
• Participates in safety initiatives and completes required competencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
